Risk Management
Disciplined risk controls embedded into every stage of our investment process.
25% Drawdown Review
Any position experiencing a 25% drawdown from entry triggers a mandatory review. The covering analyst must reaffirm the thesis or recommend exit.
Position Sizing
No single position exceeds 10% of total portfolio value. Concentration limits ensure diversification across sectors and geographies.
Quarterly Reporting
The IR team produces quarterly performance reports for the Investment Committee, including attribution analysis and risk metrics.
Ongoing Monitoring
Each position is covered by one senior and 1–2 junior analysts who monitor earnings, catalysts, and thesis validity on an ongoing basis.
Governance Oversight
The Investment Committee — comprising LBS faculty members and industry veterans — provides independent oversight of fund operations. The committee reviews portfolio performance, risk exposures, and compliance with the investment mandate on a quarterly basis.
All investment decisions are made democratically by the analyst team through the voting process. The Investment Committee serves an advisory and governance role, ensuring adherence to the fund's long-term objectives and risk parameters.
